High Blood Pressure Symptoms

The scariest thing about high blood pressure is that it is often without any symptoms at all.  High blood pressure has been sometimes referred to as ‘the silent killer’ because of this fact.  For this reason alone it’s a good idea to go in to see your doctor regularly.  If you have a history of high blood pressure, you can then take further steps to keep a closer eye on it.  So whether you’ve had high blood pressure symptoms or not, no one is risk free, and a regular trip to a doctor can help you determine your risk level.
